Air Systems is a leading provider of air quality solutions for a variety of industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
* Generate leads through various sources, including cold calling and email campaigns.
* Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
* Work with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Prepare and submit quotes and proposals to customers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with outside sales team to achieve company sales goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred but not required.
* 2+ years experience in inside sales, preferably in the HVAC or air quality industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiently in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Knowledge of air quality regulations and standards is a plus.
