At The NoCheck Group, we value our employees who are essential to our ongoing growth and success as a Fintech . We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a Full Time Call Center hours Noon till 8:00 pm. Representative position at our Corporate Headquarters in Southfield, MI.
Position Purpose:
Interact with customers and process customers requests and transactions. Research and resolve customer problems. Proactively seek out new process improvements for the department. Maintain/monitor phones, chat, and emai.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
• Interact with customers via phone, and e-mail.
• Answer customer questions concerning their accounts.
• Provide customers with information necessary to make informed decisions regarding their financial transactions.
• No sales involved
Qualifications
• High school graduate or equivalent; Associates's Degree preferred
• Up to two years of experience in a CSR setting.
Skills/Abilities:
• Strong typing abilities.
• Good verbal public relations skills.
• Communicate verbally and in writing.
• Able to operate calculator, word processor, and related computer applications.
• Well organized.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
