Manufacturing/Shipping/Warehouse Associate
We are a wood filler manufacturing company in Redmond now hiring full-time warehouse & shipping personnel. Looking for someone to cross-train between manufacturing and shipping. Primary role will be in manufacturing as a Production Associate. Will also be a back-up for our shipping department. Will train if necessary on our forklifts.
The Production Associate role will be responsible for making batches of our wood filler, following specific formulas and fulfilling production needs. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential. This is a hybrid role with a few different production responsibilities. Must be able to lift 55 – 60 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
This position will also be a back-up for our shipping department to cover for vacations, etc. Need someone with an attention to detail and accuracy. Self-starter that learns quickly, is well-organized, takes pride in their work.
We are a small, close-knit company and a great place to work! Monday thru Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 40 hours per week guaranteed. Occasional Saturdays are needed, although very rare. No experience necessary, just need someone willing to work hard and become part of our team! Spanish/English bi-lingual individual is a plus!
