1. Introduction to Terms

3. Restrictions of Age.

Daddyslist requires advertisers must be at least 18-21 years of age according to state law of their country or region or province or jurisdiction to advertise on Daddyslist and that all accounts are subject to age verification. Daddyslist disclaims any and all responsibility resulting from any misrepresentations concerning the User’s age.
4. Daddyslist’s Control of the Website:
The Website contains advertisements and communications (the “Content”) that are created and posted by independent third parties (the “Advertisers”). As a result, Daddyslist is not responsible for, nor will it facilitate communication with, act as an intermediary, or be involved with in any way, any communications or disputes arising between the User and an Advertiser.
5. Revisions to this Agreement:
Daddyslist may revise and or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, or provide regular updates. You understand Daddyslist’s right to do so and acknowledge that any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to periodically check this page for any changes or updates.
5a You may assume that if the “Date Modified” at the top of this page or version number has changed from the last time you reviewed these Terms of Use, that a change has occured and you agree to review the Agreement in its entirety and specifically agree to be bound by the new Terms and Use contained therein.
6. Prevention of the Exploitation of Minors.
Daddyslist maintains a no-tolerance policy for child exploitation in any way, shape, or form. The following shall apply to all Users at all times:
6a All content on this Site is intended for ADULTS ONLY. Daddyslist goes to great measures to ensure that any and all Content featured on the Website does not feature any underage persons, or appear to feature any such persons. If you are seeking such material, you will not find it on this Site. Daddyslist does not tolerate Advertisers who feature this material, and it does not tolerate Users who desire such material.
6b As a condition of using the Site, you, the User, acknowledge and agree that you will report any images (real or simulated) that actually or appear to suggest exploitation of minors on the Website. You agree to report suspect images with appropriate supporting evidence to support@daddyslist.com.
6c Daddyslist fully cooperates with any law-enforcement agencies investigating allegations of child exploitation.
6d Prevention of Access by Minors. The Site is for adults only and you agree that you will take all possible and reasonable measures to prevent access to this site by a person under the age of majority in your country/state/region/province/locale/city/jurisdiction. This includes using all parental control filters, or other filtering or preventative software to prevent intentional or accidental access by a minor. These prevention measures are YOUR responsibility, and Daddyslist shall not be responsible for a minor’s access to the website from your computer.
7. Rights and Responsibilities of Users
7a When using this Site, it's important to note that it's intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other uses are not allowed.

However, please note that we cannot help you resolve any disputes with other users or advertisers.
8. Intellectual Property
8a It is not permissible to register, use, or engage in any activity involving a domain name that is similar enough to Daddyslist or any of its registered or common law trademarks.
8b Sometimes, the Content might contain names of products and services belonging to other companies which are trademarks and service marks. It's important to note that these names cannot be used publicly without the written permission of their owners and/or holders.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty.
You agree and understand that use of this Site and the Content within is at your own risk. Your use of the Site is at your own discretion making you, responsible for any loss of data or damage that may arise from your use of the Site.

10. Indemnification.
You may not use this Site in any manner or for any purpose that is contrary to Federal Law or the Local laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. If Daddyslist determines that any User of the site has provided, or intends to engage in illegal activity, their use of the site will be immediately terminated. Daddyslist denies, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Daddyslist its officers, employees, agents, and assigns harmless for any liability that may arise for your violation of any law.
10a By using the site, you are agreeing to protect, reimburse, and release Daddyslist, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any legal claims, liabilities, or damages that may result from your actions on the site. This includes any interactions, meetings, or agreements you make with other users or advertisers on the website.
10b By using Daddyslist, you agree to protect and compensate them if your actions cause harm to a third party or if Daddyslist has to defend against any legal claims made by any party, including criminal or civil actions.
11. General Provisions.
11a You, the User, agree and understand that this Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Daddyslist unless and until it is revised according to the provisions of Section 5 above.
11b This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Provider.
11c In case any part of this Agreement is considered unenforceable or invalid, the other parts will still be valid and enforceable. The unenforceable part will not affect the rest of the Agreement.
11d Both parties have agreed to make a sincere attempt to settle any disagreements related to this Agreement before turning to legal action. If an issue remains unresolved after these efforts, a certified Arbiter in Provider will handle the matter through binding arbitration. As the User, you acknowledge and accept Provider's jurisdiction and agree that all dispute resolution proceedings will take place within Provider's venue.
