We have openings for 10 self-motivated, hardworking, genuine people to generate new leads for a home improvement and solar sales campaign with opportunity to advance into closing your own leads and potentially managing a team of your own if you show management potential.
***High demand for Spanish speakers***
Compensation Breakdown:
• Commission based
• Average sale between $500-$3,000 in commission, with sales as high as $5,000-$10,000 depending on the products sold
• Unlimited earning potential
• Advancement to a closing position *doubles* commission per deal
• Our top sales rep generated $18,000 in sales commission in two weeks
Work Requirements:
• Minimum 20 hours a week required
• Roughly 3-6 hour work days
• All training provided, includes one-on-one instruction and shadowing in the field
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to handle being outdoors, walking for extended periods of time etc.
• Sales experience valued but not required
• Criminal record must be entirely free of assault, criminal sexual conduct, and burglary charges
Full Job Description:
We are a small, fast growing energy efficiency company that specializes in reducing homeowner’s electricity bills through home improvement projects such as new insulation, HVAC, windows, solar screens, and solar panels.
You will be working as an outdoor sales rep generating new leads for the company’s closers, finding interested homeowners with high electricity bills who would benefit from our services, and signing them up for an inspection.
You will be expected to briefly educate the customer on the available programs, collect relevant customer information, and pass it along to our closing team to sign the customer up for services, with the potential of closing your own leads and managing your own team if you prove yourself capable.
We want you generating $5,000-$10,000 a month in sales commissions for yourself and we will do everything in our power to make that happen for you.
