Description
We are currently hiring an ambitious, results-oriented, full time Accounts Receivable/Collections Representative with excellent customer service skills.
We are a local company with deep roots in the San Diego community. We are located at: 807 E. Mission Road, San Marcos, CA 92069.

The ideal candidate for this position is responsible for initiating calls to delinquent customers to collect payments and settle accounts. Follows the established procedures and guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Must be a team player and able to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
-Review AR aging and collect daily on past due invoices
-Call customers on past due invoices; obtain payment status and document collection efforts.
-Supply any information requested to clear invoice for payment. Example- POD, invoices etc.
-Proactively communicate with customers to resolve billing/invoicing errors
-Responsible to close A/R the 1st working day following the last month.
-AR Customer file maintenance
-Process credit card payments
-Issue credits and customer returns in forms of (including but not limited) credit memos, credit card refunds and check request refunds.
-All other duties as assigned
