Responsibilities Include:
Act as an ambassador for the restaurant and engage our guests while taking note of their likes and dislikes.
Be punctual and arrive to the restaurant at the appropriate time.
Perform all duties relating to the opening and closing of the restaurant, leading by example.
Ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved and that furnishings and equipment are maintained, providing a safe, clean and pleasant environment for all.
Use communication skills constantly both with guests and teammates. .
Handle all guest complaints and follow through until full guest satisfaction is achieved.
Be attentive, supportive and consistently positive while at work
This position reports to The Director of Operations.
Establish strong working relationship between Service and the Kitchen.
- Help create a world class environment with small town charm.
- Proficiency in Opentable, Excel and POS.
3-5 years prior FOH experience preferred.
