Léon, a new year-round open hearth restaurant on Shelter Island, is seeking a part-time, seasonal Oyster Shucker to join our team!

- Have open availability Thursday - Saturday
- Be focused, energetic, and communicative
- Be committed to working as part of a team
- Experience shucking oysters is a plus!
While performing the duties of the job, a Oyster Shucker is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
