Single person kitchen in busy Tavern looking for someone to join our crew full time. Shifts are both dinner and brunch coverage but not doubles. Must have prior line experience. Full menu can be seen at Must be willing to work alone except for the runner / busser who helps with dishes. f you are interested in joining the team please send your resume.

Must be eligible to work on payroll.
Must have NYC Food handler certification and/or be willing to get it.
Must have prior pertinent line experience.
Must be able to use kitchen software and have a working smart-phone

Current kitchen hours:
Monday Pantry: 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Monday Line: 2:00pm - 11:30pm
Tuesday Line: 2:00pm - 11:30pm
Wednesday Line: 2:00pm - 11:30pm
Thursday Line: 2:00pm - 11:30pm
Friday Line: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Saturday Brunch: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday Line: 5pm - 12:30am
Sunday Brunch: 10am - 5:00pm
Sunday Line: 5pm - 12:30am

Typical schedule is no more than 36 hours in a week but is flexible with coverage.
