23 years Established Iconic Italian Restaurant & Bar is seeking energetic, capable, and professional candidates looking to work in a positive, busy and fast-paced environment.
We have been thriving in Mid Town Manhattan for over 20 years and most of our clientele are regulars.
Guest experience is everything to us. We are looking for managers who share our passion for providing singular hospitality.
Our core philosophy is to provide the best work environment we can for our team, which we believe leads to our team providing the best experience they can for our guests. Team first always. We have high expectations of one another and we treat each other with respect and kindness.
We are busy. High volume. Quick table turn over. Candidates needs to be flexible, comfortable with high volume and a fast pace and they need to be able to keep it cool, calm and collected…and keep it fun.
Expectations of our Floor Managers:
• Confident floor presence, touching tables
• Provides Support the the floor as they provide stellar service
• Ability to lead others (positively influence employee behavior with all team members)
• 2 years-experience in a high volume restaurant
• High service standards
• Strong work ethic, with a desire to learn
• Quick thinking and a readiness to do what it takes to make things work.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (no talking down to people, no passive aggressiveness, straight talk only)
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
•. Proficiency with TOAST P.O.S. is a plus
• Flexible availability is a must
We offer competitive pay and paid vacations + 401 k program, free meals daily, and a salary from $60,000-$75,000K based on your experience.
