The Wesley is a newly opened restaurant located in the heart of the West Village. As a sustainable restaurant, we focus on where our food and beverage comes from.

The cuisine focuses on vegetable forward dishes, embodying a formal elegance to what some may call farm-to-table. With produce from local farmers and a small handful of ethically raised animal-based dishes, healthy eating is at the heart of our space.

Our beverage menu contains selections from around NY, highly esteemed U.S. producers, and many undervalued sustainable imbiments. The wine list highlights Organic, Vegan, and women led products we playfully categorize under “Lady Producers”. The cocktail program in comparison is derived from a chef driven kitchen and focuses on sustainable spirits that highlight the grain/mash used to make the imbibement. We will use products such as fresh vegetable juices, gut healthy ingredients and have zero-proof cocktail selections.

Qualified Captains will have:
3+ years of experience in a well-rated, formal restaurant in NYC
Ability to multi-task myriad floor responsibilities - including selling beverages (wine BTG/BTB, cocktails.), managing a back server in your station, your own time, and table maintenance as outlined by our SOS
Thorough food knowledge as it pertains to sustainable cuisine, drop lines, and typical allergies
Able to handle guest concerns and create a positive and memorable experience

Qualified Backservers will have:
Exceptional communication skills as it pertains to food
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fine dining NYT rated restaurant in a similar role
Strong food knowledge with the emphasis on sustainable cuisine
Self-motivated individual who takes initiative, has attention to detail, and strives for perfection
