Intimate knowledge of classic cocktails,
A minimum of 3 years NYC Bar/Restaurant experience,
A mindset that values organization, consistency and attention to detail.

Strong ability to prioritize and organize their time effectively and stay busy.
Ability to move and work neatly, quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A firm understanding of bar sanitation practices and health department standards.
+ NYC food handlers permit is a plus.
+ Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
