Description
Two time James Beard nominated Chef Brian Lewis and his hospitality team at The Cottage in Greenwich are looking for the position of Bartender or Bartender/Server. Part Time and Full Time available for the right candidate.
The ideal Bartender candidate must have:
-Knowledgeable about popular and classic cocktails.
-Be able to pair a cocktail or libation with our menu.
-Great understanding of food and seasonality of ingredients
-Outgoing and friendly with guests and co-workers
-Confident upselling without being pushy
-Must be reliable, hardworking and be able to work in teams
-Can work calm under pressure while still working clean and organized
-Have great time management skills
Bartender (minimum 3+ years experience as bartender required)
