Excellent condition and very well maintained. No damage, no stains. Comes from a no-pet, no-smoking, no-shoe household.
Memory foam cushions. It is NOT a pull-out convertible bed, however it is truly wide/deep enough to sleep 1 person comfortably with the back cushion removed. Separates into the chaise & loveseat for easy transport. Armrests are removable and chaise can be installed on the left or right orientation. I have added extra cushioning inside the backrest cushions for fuller support. Grey soft fabric upholstery - covers are removable and washable.
Please check the sofa dimensions in the 3rd photo as this is a large sectional - great bang for your buck!!
