We are seeking a motivated and organized multi-tasker for an administrative position in our fast-paced professional firm. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, is open to learning, and will collaborate with a team in a bilingual private firm in Silver Spring, MD.
Responsibilities
• Answer phones in a personable and professional manner
• Obtain a high-level understanding of the position and our firms’ operations and offered services
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with office team members, clients, prospects, etc.
• Proficiently correspond via email, memos, and utilize Microsoft Office programs
• Manage central filing system
• Maintain office calendar to coordinate workflow and meetings
• Scanning, copying and other administrative functions
• Be a self-starter and go the extra mile
• Other duties as assigned
Skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Bilingual – Spanish and English fluency
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in support of management and staff
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
• Courteous and professional demeanor with clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable and an exceptional work ethic
• Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
Requirements
• At least one year in a professional, customer facing environment
• Spanish and English fluency
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• High School, Associates/ Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
