Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Assemblers/Entry-Level Mechanics for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. Assemblers/Entry-Level Mechanics will be working in the sub-assembly area, putting together automotive components. Great starter job for someone with a great attitude, tools, and the drive to be a mechanic. This Full-Time Assembler/Entry-Level Mechanic position is based out of Livonia, MI. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Assembler/Entry-Level Mechanic position below are strongly encouraged to apply. AM Day shift + Overtime available.
Shift Schedule:
• AM Day shift: 6:00am to 6:00 pm (Monday - Sunday)
• Must be able to work overtime (12-hour days, 7 days a week)
Retirees and veterans are welcome!
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of Assembly or recent hands-on automotive experience or equivalent schooling (i.e. High School Auto Shop / Trade School)
• Must have own tools
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must have basic understanding of automotive systems
• Able to stand for 12 hours
• Must have good attention to detail
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be flexible, able to do different things (light general labor)
• Must have reliable attendance, dependable transportation and willing to work overtime/weekends
