Description
Office Administrative Assistants play an important role in organizing, managing, and keeping an office running. Most administrative assistants are responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages.
Job Duties:
Navigate Excel with ease to maintain data.
Support the company in organizing calendars and maintaining schedules.
Arranging meetings, appointments, trainings, travel and other details related to schedule.
Documenting billable time sheets, expense reports, and organizing/documenting receipts.
Managing documents and correspondence with clients, potential clients, and prospects.
Prepare daily end of day report.
Answering the telephone.
Some travel may be required via company car.
Ordering supplies.
Making travel arrangements for Transport and Luxe Concierge LLC.
Orchestrate marketing and promotions.
Monitor emails, send and receive.
Creating schedule for other employees.
Point of contact fro employees.
Directly assist both CEO and COO.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month
