CDL-A Flatbed Drivers (ALL)

Regional OTR Driver Positions Available. Up to $1900/wk ($37/hr)We primarily haul steel commodities (sheets, coils, bar stock, round stock), lumber & bricks within 500 miles from the terminal (Local runs within 250 miles). No weekends or holidays! We are the house carrier for Metals USA, Timken Steel & Gregory Industries. MOST LANES ARE DEDICATED! Drivers must be 22 years or older and have a valid CDL-A from their state of residence with a minimum of 1 full year tractor trailer experience (flatbed experience preferred but not required).We start company drivers at 24.5% of the Gross Revenue + 50% of all stop off & detention charges (2+ years verifiable flatbed can start at 27%). Drivers average up to $90,000 per year. We also offer a $2000 elective gap pay at $1,000 per week for the first 2 weeks. This enables you to switch jobs without missing a paycheck. Pay is weekly via direct deposit. We offer Vacation and full benefits after 90 days (Health, Dental & Vision – General PPO 80/20% in-network and 60/40% out-of-network; $750 single/1500 family in-network & $1500/3000 out-of-network deductibles – Weekly cost for self + spouse $65, includes health and dental), including Vision (additional $3.48/week), Life and short/long term disability. Our 401K is a Safe Harbor, which means we match up to 5% (open enrollment after 6 mos). Our bonus program is paid out quarterly and includes Safety (2% of driver gross), Performance (2% of driver gross) & Fuel (based on fleet average – pays out up to $300). That accounts for 4 additional paychecks per year. Drivers will have assigned trucks/trailers. We run top of the line equipment. Including Cascadia Freightliners and Peterbilt’s with Cummins engines & 10-speed transmissions. 45’ & 48’ Aluminum & Steel spread and multi-axle trailers with lightweight side kits and sliding trap systems (Conestoga & Curtainside). Air-ride suspensions on both tractors and trailers. FleetOne cards for fueling as well as bulk fuel at some terminals. Dispatch is centrally located at each terminal.
