NO OUTBOUND COLD CALLING! Our city loves Coffey Bros. Moving and we have become the #1 rated moving company in Chicagoland based on our excellence in customer service. Therefore, we are looking for only THE BEST to join our "rock star" moving sales team of professionals!

Coffey Bros. Moving has been in business since 2008 and serves over 5,000 customers per year in the greater Chicagoland area and now serving the Orlando, Florida area as well. We are fully licensed and insured by the Illinois Commerce Commission, and members of the Illinois Movers and Warehouse Association. As a professional full service moving company, our #1 priority is customer service and personalizing our services to meet the needs of each and every customer. Our focus is on our customers and helping them to plan and coordinate one of the most important events of their lives. Therefore, we are seeking serious, driven, well organized and positive team players focused on providing excellent customer service to join our family of professionals. This is a sales position with administrative duties and paid on a base hourly rate plus commission plan.

The base pay begins at $18/hr with a generous commission plan. Our base +commission structure allows any personable and friendly sales rep to easily make over $80k+ in your first year! Or up to $40K in one summer!


***Summer Temporary to Permanent Position***

Responsibilities:

-Manage leads from inbound calls and emails using customer relationship management software.

-Obtain moving details and provide estimates for prospective customers.

-Prepare contracts for move day

-Coordinate the entire booking and moving process by executing any special requests (insurance certs, special handling, storage, process payments)

-Schedule and track booked moves, update estimates and contracts with changes or special requests as needed.

-Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire booking and moving process. Including GPS tracking and customer notification of ETA's

-Follow up with customers post-move to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

-Answer general customer inquiries and be a good listener for the concerns of customer and management.

-Must represent the Company with Integrity and Professionalism at all times, on the phone and through writing.

-Additional responsibilities include but not limited to; data entry, record keeping, scheduling, payment processing and marketing.

Qualifications:

-2 years of previous experience quoting out jobs in the trades or similar work in customer service.

-Strong Communication and Organizational Skills

-Outstanding positive customer service-oriented personality.

-Good Computer Skills using the Internet, Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office.

-Ability to multi-task and work on multiple orders simultaneously.

-MUST be DETAIL ORIENTED, hard-working, and pro-active.

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

-Must be available to work overtime in peak season and 1 Saturday every 3rd week (9am - 3pm).
