We are looking for a bright and energetic Personal Injury Paralegal who wants to bring her or his ambitions and desires to grow with the firm. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working directly with our clients and handling their personal injury matters from inception through resolution. We offer a competitive base salary plus bonuses.
Particular responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Handle personal injury matters from inception through resolution under supervision of a managing attorney.
* Interactions with clients and insurance adjusters.
* Draft demand letters and negotiate reductions.
* Prepare clients for recorded statements.
Qualifications:
* Experience in handling personal injury matters.
* Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish or Russian).
