Our Company is growing & looking for Full-Time Floor Managers who will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service to our loyal guests. Minimum 2 years fast paced; fine dining management experience required. Must be able to motivate a successful team.
We are a family operated high end steak house that is looking for a strong, professional & friendly manager.
- Average 50 Hours Per week.
- Competitive Salary PLUS Guaranteed Bonus
Managers Must Be Able to:
- Focus on hospitality & customer service Required Skills: Working Knowledge of POS & OpenTable
-Work well in a fast paced, high-energy environment
- Handle concerns in an effective, calm & professional manner, diffusing and de-escalating challenging situations
- Train all potential servers in fine dining, professional service
- Promote teamwork & positive work environment
- Establish effective relationships with guests & the community
- Efficiently problem-solve in a high-pressure environment
