Prior towing dispatch experience required minimum ( 3 Years )
Night and Day shifts available.
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual English and Spanish
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and be a problem solver.
Geographical knowledge of service area of Dade and Broward County
Google Map reading skills
Knowledge of the towing industry and able to assist customer with their needs and locations.
Computer skills, Microsoft office
Successful candidates must pass background check and Pre-hire and random drug screen.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Schedule and dispatch drivers, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios, telephones and GPS.
Arrange for necessary Truck repairs in order to restore service and schedules.
Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from drivers, supervisors, inspectors using telephones or two-way radios. Prepare daily Route For Drivers, Receive or prepare work orders.
Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules.
Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or specifications.
Advise drivers about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards.
