Mon - Fri 9am-5pm
Structure:
A full time position with bi-weekly hourly pay and bonus incentive with every closed file.
Candidate must be:
Reliable, Pro-active, Detailed oriented, organized, social media/computer savvy, fast learner, team player, have reliable transportation
5+ years Real Estate Experience preferred.
Interest and / or experience in Marketing ideal.

Office Admin/Transaction Duties:
- Administrative - Oversee all aspects of the administration of the agent’s business including answering phone calls, messages etc.
- Manage all systems for sellers, buyers - client database management and lead- generation tracking.
- Oversee all aspects of seller transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.
- Prepare all listing materials: pre -listing presentation, listing agreement, seller's’ disclosures, comparative market analysis, online property profile s, multiple listing service (MLS) research, etc.
- Consult and coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate showings, obtain disclosures and necessary signatures and obtain feedback.
- Enter all listing information in MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
- Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan , and appraisal processes, inspections, assist in negotiations, moving/possession schedule and closing process
- Input all client information to client database system.
Marketing Duties:
- Coordinate the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials and sending out marketing materials
- Schedule 30 -day, 90 -day and 120 -day client customer service follow -up calls
- Track and coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media, and other online sources.
- Regularly obtain client testimonials and implement property videos for websites, social media and other marketing materials
