We are looking for a talented, organized, and energetic Manager with a fine attention to detail. Skills & Knowledge
Position requires a minimum of 3-4+ years of restaurant management experience.
Experienced in upscale casual or fine dining service and sales skills.
Extensive knowledge of food industry, restaurants and competitive concepts.
Ability to oversee, train and motivate multiple levels of employees.
Create and implement systems and checklists for all front of house work groups.
Passionate about investing in all employees growth and success, recognizing and acknowledging achievements, and overall contributing to a great culture.
Requires developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Knowledge of revenue management.
Participation in the development of short and long-term financial and operational goals.
Extensive knowledge of upscale restaurant service and salesmanship.
Experience in interviewing, hiring, and developing team members.
Operational Requirements include but are not limited to the following;
Learn and operate all systems including inventory, scheduling, cleaning, reservations, sales reporting, and daily communication.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis.
Multi level operation includes a majority of standing, walking, and stairs for up to 10 hours a day.
Required to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
