Description
Book-keeper/Data entry position for an Accounting/Tax Firm.

This role is a great opportunity to gain accounting experience while earning competitive pay:

- Experience with Quick-books desktop/online is preferred.

- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields preffered.

- Deadline and detail-oriented.

- Creating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, basic accounting knowledge, data entry, and adept/organized with paper-work.

- Friendly and courteous phone answering skills.

- Must be willing to learn & complete common office tasks such as filing & client file maintenance.

- Preparation & processing of payroll.

- Check the accuracy of business transactions, reconciliation.

- Minimum education: High-school completion or equivalent. (Associates is preffered)

- Payrate - $15 hour (starting) --- can increase based on performance.
