Responsibilities for managing include:
• Maintain high occupancy
• Effectively market the property
• Achieve timely rent collections & handle all income related issues
• Maintain the appearance and physical integrity of the property
• Able to coordinate maintenance in timely manner, especially emergencies
• Promote positive relations with residents, prospects and vendors
• Able to enforce property policies and regulations including posting appropriate notices to perform
• Available by phone or email for residents and management office at all times
