Physical Therapy Office space approx. 700 sq/ft includes admin area, toilet/ wash facilities, treatment area with two tables
( 1 = electric up/ down ) curtained off as needed, exercise equipment, modalities such as hydrocollator, ice, e-stim, etc..
available for the right practitioner(s) for shared use.
Clinic space currently not used to capacity, as I provide predominantly "in-home" visits.
Space would suit other like minded Physical/ Occupational/ Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Acupunturist, Personal Trainer, Bodyworker, etc..
Practitioner would need proof of Professional Liability Insurance, Rent and other terms of use, to be discussed.
