Crew Lead/Driver
* Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings
* Greet customer upon arriving and complete a walk-through of the premises
* Communicate professionally and comfortably interface with customers.
* Perform truck inspections and moving equipment inventory.
- A very organized, punctual, and responsible individual able to work under pressure
- Someone with a sense of pride of their work, self-motivated, with excellent work ethics, detail-orientation.
- Someone who is flexible, with problem solving skills and some basic math skills.
- Someone who can handle physical and mental stresses.
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Professional attitude and demeanor
* Experience in the fields of general labor, construction or warehouse/Delivery is helpful
* Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more) repeatedly.
No underlying conditions that may prevent you from lifting or driving.
- Authorization to work in the US
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to work a minimum of 5 days/week
- Safely wrap/package items
- Lift and load/unload heavy objects, boxes, equipment, and furniture on/off a box truck
- Communicate with clients, provide explanations and resolutions for work-related issues
- Safely and carefully operate and keep clean a truck
- Occasionally complete interstate jobs which may require several days of travel at a time
