SERVER
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is required
* Bartending experience is a plus.
* You need to be a team player and a hard worker with good attitude.
* A mix of lunch and dinner shifts are available.
WAIT STAFF SHIFT LEADER
Someone who is:
- Available to work 5 days = 30+ hours per week including weekends and holidays.
- Responsible, loyal, a hard worker and a dependable team player.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bartending and serving experience is required.
- Previous restaurant supervisory experience is a plus.
- Good leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
JOB DUTIES:
- Ensuring our customers have a great experience.
- Assisting employees when they need help whether it involves hosting, running food, answering the phone, clearing tables etc... (Basically being active in all areas of the dining room).
- Helping close the FOH at the end of the shift.
- Cash management.
ATTRIBUTES:
- Great attitude and work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and lead by example.
- Ability to solve problems and work well under pressure.
