Restaurant Manager Position -- Sammy's Food & Wine
Job Description:
A 30+ year old, growing restaurant group headquartered in San Diego is looking for an experienced FOH manager to join our team! This organization operates 16+ restaurants between Southern CA and Las Vegas, NV. We have an eclectic menu and are known for our quality, consistency and stability.
The ideal candidate will join our team, get to know our company culture, and give us a chance to get to know their style, pace, etc. Many of our managers work 5 days/week in one restaurant and many enjoy working in more than one location, so that may be discussed/decided after some training time. Candidates must be available to work full weekends, and since store transfers can be necessary at times, we ask that a qualified applicant be willing/able to work in any of our San Diego locations. Joining this family is for a person with hospitality in their heart, and an eye for detail and atmosphere. While our corporate environment provides stability and structure, our home office is comprised of 5 operators, so our management team works very closely and relies on each other regularly. We truly are a family.
Team Culture/About Us:
Our managers should expect to work 5, 10-hour shifts each week, with a 30-minute break each day. Our branded schedule promises 2 consecutive days off, structure, and time for a personal life!
Applicants MUST have:
Multiple years of restaurant management experience
Proof of longevity on a resume
Weekend, holiday and 5 day/week availability
