EXCEPTIONAL PAY: Pay rates are on the high end in the industry, including overtime, holiday pay, phone reimbursement, direct deposit, and sick pay.

⟶New to the industry- $16.50
⟶Six months of professional experience and registered with HCSB- $18.00

Facility Pay Rate:- $20.00 - $24.00

CNA (active) $20.00 -$24.00

⟶StandBy: East County - $21; North County Inland - $22, North County Coastal - $23;
*all StandBy with full mileage reimbursement (travel is required)

**$200 NEW HIRE BONUS For those who are fully vaccinated, already HCA registered (active), and have recent Negative TB test documentation (prior to attending the New Hire Session).

***$500 Refer A Friend program- Once you work your first shifts you can refer a friend (new to CCP) and receive $500 upon their 30 days of active work.

⟶Experience is not required, our trained staff will help you grow and develop. On-the-Job Training is available from our Care Managers, including Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). We can assist you to obtain the California State Requirements.
⟶ Basic English, willing to travel in San Diego County and Smart Phone Friendly is required.
⟶California State Requirements Include: State Criminal Background Check (LiveScan), Negative TB Test and Home Care Aide Registration. Successful completion of these requirements is required before you are client facing.
⟶Caregivers are not required to be vaccinated. However, CCP clients' may request “only vaccinated caregivers”, so unvaccinated caregivers may be limiting the pool of clients they can work with.
