Job Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers, ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience
Manage reservations and waitlists, balancing seating with kitchen and wait staff capacity
Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant and its offerings
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service and timely seating
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Qualifications:
All levels of experience welcome. But some restaurant experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure and in busy environments

We are currently in the works of changing our restaurant to an upscale Kaiseki/Sushi Japanese restaurant.
