Location: Northridge, CA
Job Type: Full Time/Part Time/Seasonal/Temporary

Responsibilities:
Use your green thumb to plant and care for cannabis plants
Turn your love for the plant into masterful cultivation techniques
Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants
Operating and maintaining equipment such as irrigation systems, trimming, and harvesting equipment
Ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards related to cannabis cultivation
Requirements:
Must have a passion for cannabis
Previous experience in farming, gardening, or other green-thumb-related professions preferred but not required
Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
Positive attitude
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive pay ($17-$35/hour depending on location and experience)
