Current Shift window available: (must be flexible to work ANY 8 hour shift within this timeframe.)
8AM - 11PM


Job duties include but not limited to:
• Performing daily operations, including cleaning/washing dishes, cleaning & sanitizing equipment, restocking workstations, staying organized, and assisting team members to prepare work areas for next shift.
• Rotation among duties within the bakery production team including: cleaning, wrapping, packing & labeling shipments, organizing inventory, moving bags of flour & other ingredients, keeping track of orders & inventory, fulfilling & organizing orders.
• Once trained in other bakery duties such as packing, labeling, cleaning/sanitizing, inventory, etc., you will be trained to handle other aspects of production baking such as: handling/weighing portioned dough, understanding/following recipes & formulas, measuring ingredients, before moving to dough mixing, portioning, shaping, proofing, timing, scoring and baking.
• Performing other production duties: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product and ensure inventory accuracy within inventory app, at or above the rate expectation for each task.

REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST be able to follow directions, stay organized, take notes to keep track of work. (this is the most important aspect of the position)
• Reliable and Punctual!
• WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
• MUST be Comfortable picking up 50 pounds
• Comfortable standing on your feet
• Self motivated - MUST have a positive attitude
• Team player: Able to communicate effectively with other team members
• Ability to follow directions, stay organized, take notes to keep track of work
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene
• Follow all manufacturing Food Safety programs, GMPs and HACCP Policies
• Serv-Safe certificate preferred. If you do not have one, we will pay for training
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY
• Must be vaccinated (Due to the fact that we are a food production facility and social distancing is sometimes difficult, we require that all applicants & employees are fully vaccinated before working at our facility for the safety of our team, vendors and customers.)
2 first PAID trail/test shifts @$15.50 hr
at this time, we do not have openings for internships or short term, paid, hands on learning opportunities
