European Inspired Gourmet Boutique Market has a immediate opening for experienced baristas for early opening as well as the closing shifts.
• Must have prior barista experience.
• Proficiency in latté art a plus
• Basic knowledge of espresso machine, Familiarity with La Marzocco espresso machine a plus
• The desire to care for customers and their customer experience
• A self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude with desire to care for customers and their customer experience
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and reliable
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and keep café area clean and organized
• Ensure appropriate health and safety standards, ServSafe practices
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products at stations to ensure smooth service
• Maintain proper cash handling and ensure proper procedures are followed
• Open and/or close the location properly and follow the closing checklist
• Reduce product waste and overages
