Description
We are currently looking for a team player to join our office part time as an Office Assist./Clerk.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask, critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and computer skills.

Hours would be 1-2 days per week (periodically a 3rd day), 5-6 hours per day. I am flexible on both as long as it's between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include such as but not limited to: data entry, A/P invoices, matching, filing, coping, scanning, handling the few incoming calls & visitors, upkeep the office appearance, and day to day things that come up.
- MS Office, Excel & Word
- QuickBooks preferred but not required (we will train you)
