Urban Cabinets Company is a manufacturer of custom frameless and framed cabinets located in Woodinville. We are in need of a full-time Cabinet Design and Sales Manager. We are looking for candidates with the following background/skills/traits:
• Experience with AutoCAD, a plus but not required
• Experience with SketchUp or Cabinet Vision, a plus but not required
• Experience with KCD or 20/20 Software, a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design is required
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of frameless, framed, and inset cabinetry construction is a plus.
• Hands-on. Willing and able to create and build solutions.
• Strong multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of proficiency and aptitude with the latest technology.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
The responsibilities of the Design and Sales Manager for Urban Cabinets include:
• Develops new clients
• Working directly with new and existing clients to establish design and budget goals.
• Design kitchen and baths based on architectural plans/elevations and/or from a blank slate.
• Drafting in KCD software; kitchens and baths.
• Providing clients with both Schematic design plans, estimates
• Providing options and various price points to clients.
• Closes jobs, secure signed agreements, specification, plans and coordinating with A/R to collect deposits
Pay range: $50,000 to $90,000.00 annually. Potential to earn more with a commission structure.
PTO: Up to 20 PTO days annually.
Medical Insurance: 2 plans to choose from, both are covered 75% by us!
