Pacific Power Batteries is hiring Sales and Service Technicians for our Marysville Store.

We are looking for full-time and part-time. Because we may need you to make deliveries and commercial sales visits, you must have a good driving record. We are a smoke/vape and drug-free business.
Being available for Saturdays OR Sundays is important, but you'll only be working 5 days/week.
Compensation AND Benefits:
• Compensation, including benefits:
$4,322/Month (for example, if you are between 35 y.o. and 49y.o.) includes Employer-paid benefits starting at:
$606/month for those who are 34 y.o. or under;
$822/month for those who are 35-49 years old;
$1,199/month for those 50-64 years old
65+ applicants who qualify for Medicare won't need our private insurance, so the benefits vary. Inquiries welcome.
Employment Type: Full-time (or part-time, if needed),
$3500 is the starting wage. $3965 is the current top wage for this position but, of course, there are other positions in the company.
• Beginning Base Pay is $3500/month PLUS bonuses/benefits) for 42.5 hours (includes 2.5 hours of OT). During 2 week training in Everett, you'll earn $20/hour. Employer-paid benefits such as Regence health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, a Health Savings Account with $50/mo. contribution, plus a bonus, plus paid vacation days, plus others.
• Benefits will filter in to you within 30-120 days, Employer pays your (you alone) premiums for Medical Insurance -Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Dental Insurance - Disability Insurance
• Paid Sick Time of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked (available after 90 days)
• Employee monthly bonus program in addition to monthly salary,
• Store Discounts
• Employee Profit Sharing after your first full year
