Busy insurance office in Canyon Park/ Bothell/ Thrashers Corner area needs 2 full time hires for customer service and light inside sales. Career track. No experience needed, but if you are a pro looking for better hours and/or working closer to home we want to talk to you . You must have good basic computer skills, be able to pass the state insurance licensing exam and pass a background check (we will provide study materials). Generous signing bonus for already licensed hires or $1000 bonus for getting licensed within 2 weeks. Health insurance allowance, regular raises, insurance discount, opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses. Negotiable base salary to start DOE $42k/yr min. Hours are in-person M-F 8am to 4pm, no weekends. Paid time off. Duties include answering phones and servicing and writing policies, offering applicable products after identifying needs. Conducting policy reviews (usually by phone) and guiding customers thru the claims process. No cold calling, selling to personal contacts, or degree required… but reliable transportation and a good attitude is. EOE
