Bookeeper – Entry Level – in office

First Choice Accounting Services LLC provides bookkeeping for multiple small businesses

Looking for a position with room to grow? This is the perfect position for you. We are looking for self starter Monday through Friday. This position requires some travel to client offices off site.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Monthly bank reconciliations

· Process accounts payable

· Posting payments/deposits

· Filing

· Misc. projects as assigned

Skills:

· QuickBooks – both online and desktop versions is a MUST

· Basic accounting knowledge

· Basic Microsoft Office

· Ability to multi-task

Education:

· High School Diploma

· 2-4 years in the accounting field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
