Office Manager/Bookkeeper
compensation: $17-$23/hour, D.O.E
employment type: part-time or full-time
Action Door, Millwork, & Building Supply is a family owned business that has been providing quality doors, millwork, and building materials to Washington contractors and homeowners for over 30 years. We are a growing business that takes pride in the quality of our products and relationships we build with our customers and employees.
This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time position. We are looking for someone with quickbooks experience, who enjoys working with others, is detail oriented, organized, and ready to make a long-term commitment. We want someone who is interested in learning about our products so that they can assist with customers as their employment progresses. As a small business you have to be willing to execute a wide variety of tasks from day to day, please see responsibilities below. Our small size allows for huge growth potential. We consider our employees an extension of our family.
Responsibilities
* Answering phones
* Greeting customers
* Filing
* Data entry
* Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
* Reconciling bank accounts
* Light cleaning of offices and customer/office restroom
* Maintain an organized enviroment for customer's to come into
Skills
* Quickbooks experience preferred
* Accounting experience/knowledge is a plus
* Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
* Ability to work in a team setting
