Position: On-call Project Estimator
Eco-Giants is a professional construction and janitorial cleaning company based in Surrey, with site locations in Lower mainland (BC), that is currently seeking a On-call Project Estimator with 1-3 years of experience in the cleaning industry.The role entails performing a variety of cleaning tasks in different settings, such as commercial, janitorial and residential properties.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, responsible, physically fit, and possess a valid driver's license. They must have good communication skills and the ability to work independently. The position requires a flexible schedule, as well as the availability to work on-call for site visits and client presentations in Edmonton and Calgary, Canada.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits and present Eco-giants to clients
Complete assigned tasks as per the checklist provided before each visit
Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients
Work independently and manage time effectively
Notify the company in a timely manner if any issues arise during site visits
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Attend training sessions if required via Zoom
Job Requirements:
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
Must have access to transportation and a valid driver’s license
Previous experience in cleaning is an asset
Knowledge in dissecting information from architectural drawings is an asset
Ability to follow a checklist and complete tasks in a timely manner
Must be comfortable with site visits and presenting company’s profile to clients
Must be able to work flexible hours
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
