Office Assistant Needed * Part-time/Full-time Position!

The candidate will be able to coordinate meetings, be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, handling outgoing mail and managing daily admin tasks. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors...!!!

Responsibilities

- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Invoicing
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing work
- Delivery of financial packages
- Client correspondence through various methods

Qualifications

- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Previous work experience at a law or accounting firm
