Administrative and Sales Assistant

Description
We are seeking a competent administrative assistant to handle clerical tasks and support our sales team. The successful candidate will manage incoming phone calls and communication with our clients, update files, maintain documents, and perform general office clerk duties.

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent writing skills and proficiency in office suite software. A pleasant demeanor and strong communication skills are also desirable qualities.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and communication
Reach out to local companies to promote our services and packages/memberships
Manage filing system
Record necessary information
Update paperwork and maintain documents
Help organize and maintain common office areas
Perform general office clerk duties and errands
Maintain inventory of supplies
Maintain office equipment as needed
Experience as a virtual assistant
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
Requirements:

Prior experience as an office assistant
Excellent writing skills
Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work with limited supervision
Fluency in English and Punjabi
